AugurOps was born from frustration with the security industry status quo.
After years working in MSP and MSSP environments, we saw the same problems over and over: security vendors who couldn't deliver on their promises, consultants who generated reports nobody could act on, and compliance programs that created checkboxes instead of actual security improvements.

Our name comes from the ancient Roman practice of augury - reading signs to predict and prepare for the future. Like the augurs of old, we help organizations see what's coming and prepare accordingly. But we use threat intelligence, technical assessment, and industry experience instead of bird entrails.
